Welcome to Riverdale Co-op! 

Riverdale Co-operative Houses is a non-profit corporation made up of houses, townhouses, and apartment units scattered throughout the Riverdale/Leslieville area of Toronto’s East End.  The Co-op has 31 properties comprising of 121 units, all roughly encompassed in an area from Queen st. East to the south, just south of Danforth ave in the north, Broadview ave in the west, and Coxwell ave in the east. 

This website’s goal is to help guide, educate, and update both members and potential members of Riverdale Co-op, so look around and feel free to add comments, ask questions, and provide feedback.
